Within 4 hours of submission, often sooner. Stations get a real-time alert with your contact details and vehicle info.
Can I choose which service center to use?
We auto-route to the closest station that serves your pincode. If you have a preferred station, mention it in the description and we'll honour it where possible.
Is there a charge for using MeraEV to book a service?
No. The platform is free for customers. Stations pay a small platform fee per completed service, never billed to you.
What if I don't have a registration number yet?
Skip that field. We'll use your phone + vehicle model to match you to the right station. Reg number can be added later when you arrive at the station.
Do you cover all EV brands?
Yes. Tata, Mahindra, MG, Hyundai, BYD, Kia, BMW, Mercedes EQB, and more. If we don't have a directly-affiliated station for a niche brand, we route you to a multi-brand authorized workshop.
