What is State of Charge (SoC)?

How full your battery is, like a fuel gauge for EVs.

SoC is the current battery level as a percentage of full capacity. 100% SoC = full battery, 0% = empty. EVs typically recommend keeping SoC between 20-80% for daily use to extend battery lifespan. Think of it as your 'fuel gauge' for an EV.
