What is WLTP?
A stricter, more realistic range test standard.
Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure is a newer, more realistic range test used globally. WLTP figures are usually 10-15% lower than ARAI but closer to real-world. Many EV makers quote both WLTP and ARAI ranges; WLTP is more trustworthy for planning.
